Back Ordered Items  by
There may be times when the product you have special ordered is back ordered by the manufacturer which will prohibit fulfilling your entire order. We will inform you and/or your organization immediately of any products that you have ordered that are back ordered and unavailable for immediate shipment. We will hold the order until notified by you to ship the order incomplete or to cancel the entire order. We do not back order.

Incorrect Items Received  by
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect items will be exchanged for the correct items at no cost to you. We must be notified within 7 days of carrier delivery. We will then issue you a return number and email you a prepaid return label. The return shipping carrier must receive the return within 3 days of issuing a return label. The incorrect items when received must be new, unused, complete, and returned with the original manufacturer’s packaging.

Payments  by
We accept all credit cards. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you) exactly as shown on the credit card statement. Incorrect information will cause a rejection of your order by our fraud prevention system. We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. For money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $75 fee on all returned checks.

Returns  by
Only items received returned in original unused condition and appearance complete with all manufacturer’s packaging are eligible. To initiate a return must be notified via email within 30 days of delivery. We will issue a refund of the items original purchase price less a 20% restocking fee once the eligible return is received. We are unable to refund original shipping charges. Buyer is also responsible for return shipping costs.

EXCLUSION #1: Due to factory set calibrations we will not accept returns of any precision measuring instruments, sensors, or detectors. Some examples are electronic devices, detectors, sensors, and all CDI Torque products. We assure that all of our precision measuring products are new and factory calibrated to the utmost accuracy for our customers.

EXCLUSION #2: Items delivered via truck freight require special approval 1st.

EXCLUSION #3: Items that are special ordered and/or manufacturer direct require special approval 1st.

Shipping & Freight Claims  by
All truck freight shipments must be inspected by the receiver for visible damage before signing for the shipment. Under no instances sign and accept damaged freight but refuse it and tell the driver to take it back. Call our customer service number on your receipt and we will solve any problems.

Items ordered through are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title, shipping delays for such items pass to you upon pick up by the shipping carrier. will not be responsible or liable for any damage, loss, delays, or financial consequences arising from shipping carriers. We do not accept specialized shipping instructions and all items are shipped and delivered according to the shipping carriers standard procedures. We cannot ship UPS to PO Boxes. There are no exceptions. and the shipping carrier additionally are not responsible or liable for any damage, loss, delays, financial consequence, or shipment theft occurring after the shipping carrier completes delivery to the designated shipping address.

Shipping & Handling Times  by
Orders are delivered within 2-6 business days to our customer's shipping address 98% of the time. If there will be a significant delay customers are notified in advance and have at that time the option to cancel their order. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or national and/or federal holidays.

We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays. does not guaranty delivery dates provided by any shipping carriers.

Typographical Errors  by
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
